We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received any broken items, or the quality of the products you received is poor/defective.
Paint is chipping, Crystals fall off, etc. (We will only exchange the item(s) for the same product, or for the item(s) of equal or lesser value.
The following reasons are covered by our 30 days of Limited Coverage Return/Exchange Policy. (Customer is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement postage fees. WholesaleRhinestone does not refund any shipping fees.)
You chose the wrong size rhinestone(s).
Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, etc.
Return Service Procedure: Please contact our service staff, and attach clear photos of the items that represent a quality issue.
Please follow the instructions that are provided by our customer service team.
Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your item(s). Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 5-7 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.

Items that are being returned should be new, and unworn. They should be kept in its original condition in which you received them in.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your order has been submitted we will ship your order out in 1-3 days.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

WholeRhinestoneに状況を報告したところ、すぐに同じ注文品が再発送されました。その商品が発送され、配送中だった頃、オーストラリア郵便局から荷物が見つかったとの連絡がありました。WholeRhinestonesにこのことを伝え、新しく発送された荷物を受け取ったら返送してもいいかと尋ねました。WholeRhinestonesは返送せず、2つ目に発送された荷物を保管するように勧めました。
これは、荷物の紛失が自社の責任ではない場合でも、エンドツーエンドのサービスで顧客を大切にする素晴らしい会社です。
