Standard and Expedited Express rates organized by shipping destination.
Important Shipping Information
- P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: DHL Express cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes and military addresses will be shipped via Standard Shipping.
- Remote Area Surcharges: Certain remote geographic areas are subject to courier-imposed remote delivery surcharges as determined by the carrier's coverage zones.
- Holiday Seasons & Potential Delays: Delivery times may experience delays during statutory public holidays, peak shopping seasons, severe weather conditions, or customs clearance procedures. WholesaleRhinestone actively monitors all active shipments to minimize any transit disruption.
- Unserviceable Destinations: If your country or region cannot be selected during checkout, logistics services are currently unavailable for that area based on our website delivery configuration.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your carrier tracking number.

Accurate Address Verification
Orders are processed promptly upon placement. Please carefully review your delivery address, recipient name, contact phone number, and postal code before completing payment.
WholesaleRhinestone is not responsible for shipment delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or inaccurate addresses provided at checkout.

Email us at service@wholesalerhinestone.shop with your order number and clear photos/videos if quality issues are involved.
Our support team will review your email within 24 hours and reply with the designated return receiving address and packaging guidance.
Ship the items and share the tracking number. Once received, returns are inspected within 5 business days, followed by a free reshipment or refund to your original payment method.
Important Return Guidelines
- Contact Before Returning: Please always contact our customer service team before sending back any items to confirm your return and obtain the correct return address. Parcels returned without prior email notification cannot be tracked or processed.
- Do Not Use Package Label Address: The sender address printed on your initial courier delivery label is an automated logistics transit facility, not our receiving warehouse. Parcels sent there will be rejected.
- Condition of Goods: All returned merchandise must be in brand new, unworn, unglued, and unaltered condition, complete with original packaging.
To ensure your return package is properly received and processed without loss or delay, please email us at service@wholesalerhinestone.shop with your order number. Our customer service team will confirm your return and provide the official receiving address and return guidelines.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders are typically packed and dispatched quickly within 1–3 business days. We gladly accept order cancellations before the parcel is packaged and shipped for a 100% full refund. Once your package has been handed over to the courier and dispatched, the order cannot be canceled mid-transit.
