I was extremely disappointed with my recent order. In the past I have ordered the multi sized packs and was expecting to receive the same product or somewhat similar. In the past the multi sized packs had a fair variety of sizes which made the packs worth it. Seems like this company pulled a good ole bait and switch because the multipacks i received in my most recent order were extremely underwhelming. There were roughly 22 large crystals out of 1440 pieces …….. I received approximately 1400 shards of crystals instead of receiving a well balanced variety pack…. I will never order these multi packs ever again. Save yourself this headache and just order a pack of each size you need. I reached out to customer support and never received any response. They don’t have a contact number listed your only option is to email.
