Blue Moonlight captures the ethereal, cool glow of moonlight reflected on water — a soft, luminous blue with a milky, semi-translucent body that diffuses light in a uniquely dreamy way. Unlike the sharp brilliance of Sapphire or the transparency of Aquamarine, Blue Moonlight has a gentle, glowing quality that makes it perfect for fantasy-themed nail art, celestial jewelry designs, and bridal accessories where a soft blue shimmer is more desirable than a bold, saturated color.

- P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: DHL Express cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes and military addresses will be shipped via Standard Shipping.
- Remote Area Surcharges: Certain remote geographic areas are subject to courier-imposed remote delivery surcharges as determined by the carrier's coverage zones.

- Unserviceable Destinations: If your country or region cannot be selected during checkout, logistics services are currently unavailable for that area based on our website delivery configuration.

Important Return Guidelines
- Contact Before Returning: Please always contact our customer service team before sending back any items to confirm your return and obtain the correct return address. Parcels returned without prior email notification cannot be tracked or processed.
- Do Not Use Package Label Address: The sender address printed on your initial courier delivery label is an automated logistics transit facility, not our receiving warehouse. Parcels sent there will be rejected.
- Condition of Goods: All returned merchandise must be in brand new, unworn, unglued, and unaltered condition, complete with original packaging.
To ensure your return package is properly received and processed without loss or delay, please email us at service@wholesalerhinestone.shop with your order number. Our customer service team will confirm your return and provide the official receiving address and return guidelines.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders are typically packed and dispatched quickly within 1–3 business days. We gladly accept order cancellations before the parcel is packaged and shipped for a 100% full refund. Once your package has been handed over to the courier and dispatched, the order cannot be canceled mid-transit.
