Important Return Guidelines
- Contact Before Returning: Please always contact our customer service team before sending back any items to confirm your return and obtain the correct return address. Parcels returned without prior email notification cannot be tracked or processed.
- Do Not Use Package Label Address: The sender address printed on your initial courier delivery label is an automated logistics transit facility, not our receiving warehouse. Parcels sent there will be rejected.
- Condition of Goods: All returned merchandise must be in brand new, unworn, unglued, and unaltered condition, complete with original packaging.
