Important Return Guidelines
- Contact Before Returning: Please always contact our customer service team before sending back any items to confirm your return and obtain the correct return address. Parcels returned without prior email notification cannot be tracked or processed.
- Do Not Use Package Label Address: The sender address printed on your initial courier delivery label is an automated logistics transit facility, not our receiving warehouse. Parcels sent there will be rejected.
- Condition of Goods: All returned merchandise must be in brand new, unworn, unglued, and unaltered condition, complete with original packaging.
To ensure your return package is properly received and processed without loss or delay, please email us at service@wholesalerhinestone.shop with your order number. Our customer service team will confirm your return and provide the official receiving address and return guidelines.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders are typically packed and dispatched quickly within 1–3 business days. We gladly accept order cancellations before the parcel is packaged and shipped for a 100% full refund. Once your package has been handed over to the courier and dispatched, the order cannot be canceled mid-transit.
