I received my second parcel (Free of Charge) after Australia Post misplaced the first one for over a month.
I advised WholeRhinestone what had happened and immediately they supplied me with the same order again. In the meantime when that was dispatched and on its way Australia Post notified me that they had found my parcel. I advised WholeRhinstones of this and asked if they would like me to send the newly dispatched parcel back when I received it . They advised not to and for me to keep the second parcel that was dispatched.
This is an awesome company that looks after the customer with end to end service evenwhen it is not their responsibility for the loss of the parcel.
