Broken tips,but still happy

So my two spare heads for my dotting tool were broken on arrival. I was terribly disappointed but I understand these things happen during shipping. I was able to sort of push the tip back on but I'm not sure how they will perform or if the tip will even stay on🤷🏼‍♀️
Otherwise,I'm extremely happy with my order. The crystal's I purchased are absolutely stunning and do not disappoint in any way.
Even though my dotting tips were broken, I would still order from you guys again and wouldn't hesitate recommending you to anyone.
