There are 2 holes on each end of the flatback gems, you can sew them on or glue them to fulfill your decorations(glue is not included).

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of these stones! I bought in a few sizes and shapes for a ballroom dance costume. For the price and description I expected high quality, but after only 1 wearing they were completely scratched up! Looks horrible, like junk! Embarassing! I would like my money back! Photo shows the 18mm round stones as an example.
